- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf baking pan.
- In a big bowl, sift the dry ingredients and mix until they’re well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients, followed by the mashed bananas, and mix until everything is well mixed.
- Toss in the chocolate chips and gently stir them into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for approximately 35-40 minutes.
- Allow it to cool for at least 15 minutes, and then savor it while it’s warm, either on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. You can also enjoy it once it has cooled down.
