This shrimp bowl is one of those lunch recipes that don’t require much work, look very pretty, and it actually super healthy. We are excited to share this easy healthy lunch recipe that is so tasty and full of goodness.
Ingredients:
SHRIMP INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Lbs Shrimp, fresh
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 2 TBSP Soy sauce
- 1 Tsp Garlic salt
- Paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
BOWL INGREDIENTS:
- 2-3 Cups White or brown rice
- Cucumber slices
- Edamame beans
- Spinach
- Avocado slices
- Everything but the bagel seasoning
- Mayo sriracha
- Soy sauce
Instructions:
Step 1.
We like to take our time washing the fresh shrimp properly, then marinate them with lime juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and a generous amount of paprika.
Step 2.
Grease a grill pan with olive oil or preferred oil, and medium high heat. Then, grill the shrimps for only about 2 minutes, then remove them from the heat and set aside to arrange the seaweed wrap.
Step 3.
In a bowl, arrange the shrimp, rice, spinach, edamame beans, avocado slices, and seaweed, I like to choose the seaweed snack kid, they have so much flavor, so they are a perfect addition to this shrimp bowl recipe.
Step 4.
Sprinkle the rice with everything but bagel seasoning, and seaweed crumbles. Add mayo sriracha, a little extra soy sauce on top, or your favorite toppings and sauces.
