Easy and Healthy Shrimp Bowl Recipe

Ingredients
  

Shrimp Ingredients:

  • 2 Lbs Shrimp, fresh
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 2 TBSP Soy sauce
  • 1 Tsp Garlic salt
  • Paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Bowl Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Cups White or brown rice
  • Cucumber slices
  • Edamame beans
  • Spinach
  • Avocado slices
  • Everything but bagel seasoning
  • Mayo sriracha
  • Soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Wash shrimp properly and marinate with the lime juice, soy sauce, garlic salt, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In medium high greased pan, grill shrimps for only about 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • In a bowl, arrange the shrimp, rice, spinach, edamame beans, avocado slices, and seaweed snack sheets.
  • Garnish with everything but bagel seasoning, add mayo sriracha and a little extra soy sauce on top, if desired and enjoy.
