Easy and Healthy Shrimp Bowl Recipe

Ingredients
  

Shrimp Ingredients:
  • 2 Lbs Shrimp, fresh
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 2 TBSP Soy sauce
  • 1 Tsp Garlic salt
  • Paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Bowl Ingredients:
  • 2-3 Cups White or brown rice
  • Cucumber slices
  • Edamame beans
  • Spinach
  • Avocado slices
  • Everything but bagel seasoning
  • Mayo sriracha
  • Soy sauce

Method
 

  1. Wash shrimp properly and marinate with the lime juice, soy sauce, garlic salt, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In medium high greased pan, grill shrimps for only about 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, arrange the shrimp, rice, spinach, edamame beans, avocado slices, and seaweed snack sheets.
  4. Garnish with everything but bagel seasoning, add mayo sriracha and a little extra soy sauce on top, if desired and enjoy.
