Asparagus Recipes - Lemony Parmesan Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Bunch Asparagus, fresh
  • 2 Lemons (Save about 3 thin slices to garnish)
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, and more to sprinkle
  • 2 TBSP Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 425°F and make sure to wash the asparagus well.
  • Trim about 1.5 inches off the ends of the asparagus and throw them away.
  • Optionally, cut the asparagus into thirds.
  • Put the asparagus in a bowl with a lid, add salt, pepper, olive oil, and parmesan cheese. Close the lid and shake to mix everything together.
  • Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • For a crispy top, sprinkle more Parmesan cheese, add lemon slices, and bake for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  • Serve as a side dish and enjoy!
